How can I cancel an order?

You have the option to cancel your order directly via your confirmation email within 1 hour. Scroll down to find the “Change your mind?” section. If more than 60 minutes, please email info@tidemye.com and we will help find an alternative solution.

I accidentally canceled my order, can I restore it?

If you have canceled your order on site and want to receive it eventually, the best way to do it is to place a new order at checkout. If you have any questions please email info@tidemye.com – we’re here to help.

I canceled my order, but I’m not sure if it was a success. Can you confirm it has been cancelled?

If you canceled your order using the link in your order confirmation email, you will receive another email after your order has been successfully cancelled. If you didn’t receive the cancellation confirmation email, please let us know at info@tidemye.com (with your original #order number) and we’ll take a look!

I don’t see an option to cancel myself! How can I cancel my order?

If you placed an order that included a gift card, please email info@tidemye.com ASAP (include your # order number and cancellation/change request) and we can help.
